Admission to Forum Birmingham is at management’s discretion, advance tickets do not guarantee entry. Last entry to the venue is 02:00am

 

If entry is refused to a ticket holder, you can obtain a full refund (minus booking fee) by contacting Forum Birmingham after the event at info@forumbirmingham.uk.

 

There will be tickets available on the door from 10PM for all shows, including shows where online advanced tickets have sold out. These will be available on a first come, first served basis.

COVID-19 Statement

Our staff and customer’s safety is our number one priority, we have ensured that within Forum Birmingham we have created a safe space that allows our guests to have fun whilst still being precautious of the COVID-19 restrictions.

To make sure all COVID-19 regulations are followed:

Masks will be worn by staff at all times.
Hand sanitiser points are positioned throughout the venue.
Increased cleaning schedule.

Forum Birmingham will be operating a common sense approach to COVID safety for all of our events.

* SYMPTOMS: If you are feeling unwell or believe you have been exposed, please do not attend the event.
* PINGED: If you have been pinged by the NHS Track & Trace App, please do not attend the event. Follow the isolation guidelines.
* PCR / LFT: If you are able, we highly recommend taking either of these tests prior to the performance (within 48hours) before entry times. Currently, this is not a compulsory action to gain entry but if you can, please do! They are free from your local chemist and by ordering on the NHS England website. We will ensure of our staff members have produced a negative Lateral Flow test prior to them entering the venue.
* CLEANING: We deep clean the venue regularly. There will be hand sanitiser placed around the venue. Please wash your hands when possible. Please help us keep the venue clean by utilising bins and placing drinking receptacles in the appropriate places.

What are there any age restrictions for your events?

The Majority of our events are 18+ unless stated otherwise. We operate a Challenge 25 policy: if you look under 25, please bring a valid form of ID with you (passport or driving license). Please be sure to check the events age restrictions before purchasing tickets.

 

Where can I buy tickets for events? 

Tickets are available through our website or our ticketing partners website Resident Advisor.

 

What shall I do if I have lost my ticket?

Please get in contact with the ticket vendor you originally purchased it from. If you are still having problems, please email info@forumbirmingham.uk with full details of the issue you are having.

Do you offer refunds on tickets purchased through your site?

No refunds where possible.

 

Can I bring food into Forum Birmingham?

No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the venue.

Can I leave an event and come back later on? 

No – we operate a no re-entry policy for our events.

 

What is the dress code for Forum Birmingham?

No specific dress code – entry is at the venues discretion.

 

Is there parking at the venue? 

There is no on-site parking at Forum Birmingham, although there is public car park located directly opposite the venue. NCP Birmingham High Street Dale End, Birmingham B4 7LN

Is there Disabled access to the venue?

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users (balcony ground floor access only) and there will be an accessible platform available within the venue for wheelchair users only. Tickets for the accessible platform will need to be booked in advance via the RA website. Tickets provide entry to the unreserved concert arena. Forum Birmingham offers a complimentary personal assistant ticket alongside all disabled ticket bookings. Proof of eligibility will need to be provided alongside your ticket on entry to the event. If you have any specific access needs, please contact us prior to the event on info@forumbirmingham.uk

 

How can I contact lost property?

For any lost property enquiries please email. With details and a description of your missing item, the event you attended along with contact details.

 

Are there cloakroom facilities at Forum Birmingham?

Yes we have a cloakroom – £2 per item. While we encourage everyone to use this secure facility, all items are left at the owner’s risk and we advise you do not leave valuables.

 

Where is the nearest cash machine?

The nearest ATM machine located within the Square Shopping Centre.

 

What are my payment options at the venue? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard (£10 minimum spend on card) and cash at our bars. We accept cash or card for door ticket sales and £2 cash only for the cloakroom.

 

Can I buy cigarettes at Forum Birmingham?

Yes – available at the bar.
